When you enter the apartment, you step into the open plan living roomand kitchen and your eyes are immediately drawn to the spacious balcony. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area, dining table and even a real palm tree!

Both bedrooms have a boxspring bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, windows with shutters and mosquito screens and an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, including a double door fridge/freezer combination, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. 

Playa Lechi Residence has a large swimming pool in the attractive garden where you’ll find beautiful trees and plants.
There is also a rinse tank and parking space at your disposal and the diving school ‘Yellow Submarine’ of Dive Friends is a stone’s throw away. The house reef right in front will amaze divers and snorkelers!

Within walking distance of the apartment you will find a wide range of restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The popular breakfast and lunch restaurant ‘Between 2 Buns‘ is also within a few minutes walking.

Good to know: there is an elevator in the apartment complex.
