Terrace 5 - A spacious villa for up to 12 persons!

Completely remodeled 5000 sq ft home with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the island – from the Salt Flats to the National Park! There are multiple decks and terraces from which to enjoy the view, including a stargazing terrace on the roof, two large terraces on the first level, with an oversized infinity pool and decking on the ground level. This is the perfect ocean view vacation villa for a family or a group of friends!

Relax and recharge in one of the five large air-conditioned bedrooms, four with private bathrooms. For those who like to cook there is a large, modern kitchen downstairs, and an efficiency kitchen upstairs. Tons of space to spread out. There is a dining room that seats 12, a family room and game room on the main level that have huge sliding doors to let in the breeze and enjoy the view.

Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom and more gathering rooms with amazing views and breezes. One thing we love about the house is that in the evening you can hear the parrots all start to chatter, and then fly over the house on their way inland – it is quite a sight to see!

This vacation villa offers high quality finishes and amenities and comes with mid-week linen exchange and cleaning for stays longer than 7 days.
